Music for me has always been halfway between inventing and discovering. I may compose the music but I feel like I'm always finding the sounds i want, often in unexpected ways. As with anything in your life, you can take credit for a lot of what happens but certainly not everything. On "Call me GP" I hope that this transcendent joy is transmitted to the listeners as the songs unfold in unplanned ways.

I was very happy to have Dan White contribute to this project, which greatly expanded the dimensions of the music. He's featured playing tenor sax on "Sky Tunnel" and "Iridescent", playing composed melodies as well as improvising beautifully. He also contributed flute to "Contemplation" adding a dreamy touch to it.
